The Knowledge You Need to Manage Better and Lead Your Practice is Readily Available

I have recommended a number of books in the past to help you sharpen and develop your management and leadership skills. There is also a significant number of podcasts and e-newsletters available online.

Of course, I am partial to both my podcasts and this newsletter. Another one that I particularly like, of the many I read and consume regularly, is written by Dr. Michael Goldberg of Practice Perfect Systems.

His writing is always thoughtful and takes me in directions I would be unlikely to go on my own. I regard what he writes as often profound and always delivered in an entertaining fashion. Frankly, I confess to being a little bit jealous, given that I find my writing somewhat mundane by comparison.
