I’ve never offered this before — here’s what it is

The tool I built for your practice
(here’s how it works)
Over the past several weeks, I’ve been building something specifically for practice owners in this community.
Today I want to show you what it is.
It’s called The Dental Practice Optimisation Complete System — and it’s two things combined.
The Dental Practice AI Optimiser
An interactive web-based tool. You input your practice details — size, current revenue, patient volume, your biggest operational challenges — and the AI analyses your inputs using the exact frameworks we cover in this newsletter. It then generates a personalised 5–7 page action plan with specific recommendations across operations, patient experience, revenue optimisation, team management, and marketing.
Not “improve patient retention.” Actual, specific recommendations based on your numbers and your situation.
Here’s what the experience looks like: when you open the tool, you’re presented with a clean intake form. It asks about your practice size, your revenue range, your current patient volume, and the areas giving you the most trouble. The questions are direct — most practice owners complete them in 3–5 minutes. Once submitted, the AI processes your inputs and generates a structured action plan organised by practice area. Each recommendation is tied to your specific situation, not a generic template. The output is formatted as a document you can read immediately, save, and return to as you implement.
The Dental Practice Optimisation Playbook
A 35–40 page PDF guide. It covers the frameworks in depth — the thinking behind each of the five practice areas, how they connect, and how to implement them over time. Where the AI Optimiser gives you a personalised starting point, the Playbook gives you the reference material to go deeper as you build.
You get both.
Before I built this, I ran a demand test with this community — asking which area of practice optimisation you’d most want help with. The response was significant, and the themes were consistent:
“No-shows are killing our schedule. I’ve tried everything and nothing sticks.”
“I know my treatment acceptance rate is low but I don’t know what’s actually causing it.”
“Staff turnover is constant and I’m exhausted. I don’t know if it’s a culture problem or a management problem.”
Those aren’t generic concerns. They’re specific, expensive problems — and they’re exactly what this tool is designed to diagnose and address.
I’m not opening this up until Day 5. I just wanted you to see what it is first.
More tomorrow.
Warmest Regards,
Your DPO Team
